Please note that UpSchol does not charge any fees directly from students, nor do we host any payment gateways on our platform to collect tuition or admission fees. All financial transactions regarding your enrollment and tuition are made directly between you and the respective university. Since we do not collect or hold your money, we cannot directly process refunds from our end.

2. University Refunds & UGC Guidelines

All refunds for tuition, admission, or application fees are solely at the discretion of the university you have applied to, and are processed strictly in accordance with the rules and guidelines set forth by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

If you wish to withdraw your admission or seek a refund, you must apply directly to the university through their official portal or communication channels. The timeframe and percentage of the refund will depend on the UGC's mandated refund schedule relative to the date of your withdrawal.
